This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through drspiller.ee are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within Estonia only.
At this time, we offer delivery exclusively through Omniva parcel lockers.
International delivery is not currently available.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional campaigns, product launches, exceptionally high order volumes or holiday periods, processing may take longer.
3. Delivery Method
All orders are currently delivered through Omniva parcel lockers.
During checkout, you can select your preferred Omniva parcel locker from the available locations.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery within Estonia generally takes 1–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to parcel volumes, weather, public holidays, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any free-shipping promotions or special delivery offers will be clearly indicated on our website.
6. Omniva Parcel Locker Delivery
When placing your order, please select the Omniva parcel locker where you would like to receive your package.
Please ensure that your telephone number and e-mail address are correct, as Omniva may use these details to notify you when your parcel is ready for collection.
Once your parcel has been delivered to the selected locker, it should be collected within the period specified by Omniva.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.
7. Delivery Information
Please carefully check your contact and delivery information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If additional delivery is required because incorrect information was provided, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.
8. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification.
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to you so that you can follow your parcel.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to Omniva.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment with Omniva and assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition where possible and contact us promptly.
If the product itself is damaged, please provide photographs of:
- the external packaging;
- the shipping label;
- the internal packaging;
- the damaged product.
We will assess the situation and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
11. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where relevant.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Your legal rights relating to delivery, non-delivery, defective goods, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds remain unaffected.
